I forgot I took these other pictures.
Kyle had a bit of grape jelly yesterday. I gave him very little, but he managed to get it all over his face.

Sand
Connor has been attending a summer camp in Palo Alto this week. This has meant that we pick him up from camp and rush over to swim class in Santa Clara. We have been getting there with about 15-20 minutes to spare. However, for some reason today we got there with almost an hour to spare. So we played on the playground. Of course, Kyle demanded to play also.
On his own, Kyle decided it was fun to put sand on the slide and watch it go down.

HOT
It is finally getting hot around here, hence the nearly naked baby roaming around. Here you see him sleeping like an angel, albeit a sweaty angel.

Swimming
Connor started taking swimming classes on Monday. He will be going for a month and hopefully he will be a full fledged swimmer after that. Right now he's got all of the confidence, but little of the actual skills. He's very excited!

Purgatory and Walking
Tonight as I was making dinner, Nicholas and Connor were playing in the living room. As they often do, they were pretending their blankets were something else. The blankets can be robots, monsters, space ships, or whatever it is fits into their current game. Anyway, I had never heard them playing like they did today. They were taking turns covering each other up and then I heard Nicholas say to Connor as he covered him up, "Okay, now you are in Purgatory and you are stuck there for a little bit." I walked over to them to see if I heard correctly and Nicholas continued, "You need to stay there until Jesus comes to open the gate for you." I found it amusing that they would be playing that but was glad that at least they are listening when I explain things to them. :)
As for the walking portion, no I am afraid it is not real, genuine walking yet. Kyle is walking with a toy that assists him. He was walking back and forth in the kitchen. If he got stuck, I would help him straighten out and off he'd go again. Of course, as soon as the camera came out he was unwilling to cooperate with me and crawled away as fast as he could. I finally got him to cooperate for a short period. So here you go. Enjoy!
The next video, he is playing with the toy and a baby and not walking, but I thought I'd include it anyway.

SUMMER!
Today was the last day of school. Connor had to wear as much green as he could today to show school spirit. He was so excited.
Yesterday, Kyle took Woody with us to go get Connor from school.
Later he dumped him on he sidewalk to Nicholas decided he would take care of Woody.
Here is Nicholas 'taking care' of Woody.
When Connor was little and learning to use scissors, he cut some holes in this blanket.
They still use it. Today Nicholas kind of turned it into a snuggie of sorts.
Smile!
Kyle has started pointing since last week.
He mainly points at the boys' food when he wants some of it!
When I am scolding him from doing something he ought not be doing, he also points at me as he retorts. Not sure what I think about that.
