Fall

The boys have really been enjoying the Fall leaves and their beautiful colors.  Today we stopped to take a picture in a yard that was pretty covered in really nice yellow leaves.  The older two were busy eating an fudge bar, so they were not too thrilled to have to pose for me.  Kyle was busy wondering if Connor had left anything yummy behind in his lunch box.
Kyle loves to water my plants.
He remembered we took some pictures by the pumpkins, so he decided we needed to take more.

Christmas Tree Lighting

I know, I know... it is way too soon for a Christmas Tree lighting, but hey, I didn't plan it- I only attended it.  Charlie rushed home and we all rushed to Santana Row for the lighting.  We didn't end up staying for the actual tree lighting since it seemed like they weren't going to light it at 7 like I had thought.  The boys did enjoy getting glowing necklaces and Pinkberry frozen yogurt.  At least we got to enjoy all the other Christmas lights up all over the Row.

Just Random Shots

I happened to have my camera while we waited for Connor during Hip Hop class, so we took some pictures.  Then I took some of Connor at home because it was too dark after class to take any good shots at the school.

3 Hairy Monsters

The boys' hair is really getting long.  They agreed to pose for pictures.  Kyle's hair is not that long, but he still insisted on posing as well. (If you can't tell, he literally poses and smiles for pictures)

Wednesday

Nothing too extraordinary going on over here.  We had a yummy ice cream after school.  That's about it.  :)

Kyle has his own helmet now.  We found him a super cute Hungry Caterpillar one.
He loves to wear it.

November

Today we took down our Halloween decorations and I decided to take pictures of the boys with their pumpkins before they got all rotten.
This is the face he made when he realized pumpkins roll!
Kyle decided he needed to be in the picture as well.
Connor was busy preparing a pose for his picture.

Halloween!

This year I was juggling many things, so I was unable to do our usual adult sized Cookie Monster person.  Cookie still stood guard over our candy, but he was much shorter than he usually seems.
Connor had originally wanted to be the black-suited Spider-man for Halloween, but when we looked they were too expensive.  We convinced him to be the regular blue and red Spider-man and he was fine with it.  I bought this costume a little over a month ago, size 7-8.  I swear to you that it DID fit him well at the time.  We had not tried it on since we bought it and I felt bad for him when he put it on at school for the parade.  He was practically bursting out of that costume!  Thankfully the black-suited Spider-man I bought at Outrageous Outgrowns a few weeks ago was size 8-10 and fit him fine; thus he was indeed his black-suited Spider-man for Halloween trick or treating.
This year, Kyle was once again Green Lantern.  We were pleasantly surprised that he actually left his mask on.  A further surprise was that he did not eat ALL the candy as we collected it.  We were sure that was going to be a battle, but thankfully he was happy to hold two candies in his hands and watch his little bucket fill up with treats.
Charlie dressed up as Dr. Who!  He loved his costume but was sure that no one we saw would know who he was.  Oh well!  He can always wear it to Comic Con; EVERYONE will know who he is there!
Here you have the boys posing for a picture and hoping Mommy stops taking pictures and starts moving towards houses to begin the trick or treating!
As  you can see, I was Wonder Woman!  :)

And here ladies and gentlemen, made public for the first time anywhere . . . you have my latest creative endeavor.  I made a diaper cake for a friend's shower this weekend.  It was really easy and I think it came out really pretty!
